Refund policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, no chips or cracks, no stains or soot, and its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, you will be responsible for return shipping to the specified address. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Other Issues
Each item is carefully inspected before being shipped out. In the event that your item arrives damaged in any way, please email us at info@shopcharleyandco.com within 3 days of receiving the item with your order number and photos of the item's condition. Such situations are handled on a case by case basis. Please also contact us if you receive the wrong item. 


Exchanges
The fastest way to exchange an item is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. 


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you will be automatically issued store credit within 3 business days.
If more than 5 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return and you have not received store credit, please contact us at info@shopcharleyandco.com.
