Shipping policy

Processing Times

All orders are processed in 1-2 business days (not including holidays or weekends) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification once your order has shipped.

Pre-Orders

Pre-order estimated ship dates will always be stated in the product detail page. The stated date will include processing time. Shipping times will vary depending on the shipping option chosen at checkout. 

Delays

Potential delays due to a high volume of orders will always be communicated. While postal service delays or issues are out of our control, we will be more than happy to assist you in any way we can to ensure a seamless experience while shopping with us. Domestic Shipping

Shipping rates for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

International Shipping

We currently do not offer international shipping at this time.

Order Status

When you order has shipped, you will receive an email from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. If you haven't received your order within 10 days of your confirmation email, please contact us at info@shopcharleyandco.com with your name and order number so we can look into it for you.
